GUIDELINES

Youth attending must observe the standards found in the FOR THE STRENGTH OF YOUTH pamphlet. They need to follow safety rules, wear a seatbelt in vehicles, and show respect for all public and private properties. Curfew is at 11:00 p.m. Youth who choose to ignore these standards may be sent home early.

Youth may bring their cell phones if they would like. Other electronics such as iPads, laptops, etc are not allowed. Youth must be respectful with their cell phone use and follow guidance from leaders, looking for opportunities to use it for good. Cell phones are not to be used for games or as a distraction from the planned activities. Cell phone will be gathered each night to charge in another room.

MEDICAL & FOOD CONCERNS

All concerns should be noted on the registration form. Leaders will contact parents to make accommodations. Qualified medical personnel will be available for emergencies. Leaders will not be responsible for providing nursing care or dispensing medications. Youth with special medical needs should be able to care for themselves. If additional help is required then a parent (or another adult) will need to attend to help with care.
